About the Course
BSc (Hons) Construction Management develops the technical, practical and leadership skills needed to manage construction projects successfully. You’ll explore how buildings and infrastructure are planned, designed and delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.
Throughout the course, you may study areas such as construction technology, project planning, cost management, building regulations, health and safety, sustainability, contracts and site operations. You’ll also learn how to coordinate teams, manage resources and respond to challenges throughout the construction process.
